Educate and Care was created to bring together our management team and have one place as a point of contact. Although we are not necessarily open to the public, we are approached at times to assist with various projects for the early education sector. Our team is family based and has over 40 years of experience in the sector.
Based in New South Wales, Australia we are Approved Providers of a number of Preschool and Early Learning Services as well as Out of School Hours Care. We have built all of our services from the ground up, including the buildings themselves. We are passionate not only about education and care, but also best practice in design and policies/procedures to facilitate a safe working environment for educators and a safe but homely space for children.
We do not label all of our services under the one banner as we believe that each service is unique with it’s own identity and diverse community. We relish each service on it’s own, but collaborate all of our teams so we can build each other up to instil professionalism and reach for excellence in our sector.
